St. Croix Boy Scouts will Wash Cars for Money

March 8, 2005 – St. Croix District Boy Scouts are raising money by washing cars on Saturdays over the next several months. They want the funds to attend the 2005 National Scout Jamboree, which will be held from July 25 to Aug. 3 in Fort A.P. Hill, Va.
Carwashes will be held on the second Saturday of every month from March 12 until July 9 at various locations throughout St. Croix.
The March 12 carwash will be held from 8 a.m. to noon in the parking lot adjacent to the Schooner Bay Market Place and Sharkey's Bar in Gallows Bay, Christiansted.
