'Women in Business' Roundtable at UVI-SBDC

Feb. 28, 2005 – The University of the Virgin Islands' Small Business Development Center, in honor of March as Women's Month, will conduct a roundtable session on "Women in Business as Entrepreneurs and Employees" Wednesday evening, March 2.
Entrepreneurs, potential entrepreneurs, employers, employees and students are invited. Admission is free, but pre-registration is required. The roundtable will take place from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Small Business Development Center training facility, second floor, east wing, Nisky Center, Suite 720, St. Thomas.
Attendees can express thoughts about some of the interests, concerns and challenges faced by women in business as either entrepreneurs or employees, and ideas about possible solutions are also welcome. Attend this session and participate in the dialogue, a release said, for, "If you are not part of the solution, you are claiming acceptance of the problem."
