Sigma Theta Omega Holds Black Arts Festival

Feb. 24 — Sigma Theta Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. will be holding its annual Black Arts Festival from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at Emancipation Garden.
Schools and community organizations throughout the St. Thomas/St. John district will be taking part. They will be providing art work, poetry, dance, music, and demonstrations.
