Feb. 16, 2005 — The Department of Tourism is producing a new TV campaign to promote St. Croix, and is scouting for talent. If you're an experienced jazz musician, a singer with skatting abilities, or if you have a warm, friendly, inviting voice, stop by the Tourism offices on St. Croix or St. Thomas and pick up audition materials before Wednesday, Feb. 23.
Musicians and singers will receive sheet music, and voice over talent will receive a script. Record your music or voice in two takes, and deliver your CD or casette to the Department of Tourism by 5 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 23.
The offices are at 53A Company Street in Christiansted and 200 Strand Street in Frederiksted on St. Croix. On St. Thomas, Estate Contant 78, 1-2-3 and 9002 Havensight Mall, Suite 13.
