Feb. 16, 2005 — Ophelia Petersen, also known as "Phillie" died Sunday at Roy L. Schneider Hospital. She was 99.
Petersen is survived by her daughter, Agnes Petersen; son, Everald Petersen; daughter-in-law, Joyce L. Petersen; grandchildren, Loui Jr., Lester, Leslie, Wayne, Shawn, Gregory, Jeval, Melvin "Shakabi," Melvin "Ortega," Michelle and Maxine Petersen, Stephanie Christopher, Athnel, Jah Love and Kindu Thomas; and many other friends and relatives.
Funeral services are pending.
