Feb. 15, 2005 – The Virgin Islands Police Department has issued a notice that beginning Feb. 15, St. John parking regulations will be strictly enforced, particularly from the intersection behind the Legislature building to the top of Hill Street.
All illegally parked vehicles in this area will be ticketed and towed at the owner's expense. The police are asking that motorists find alternate parking.
