I was shocked to hear about the destruction of the dam . Many natives frequent the area to enjoy outings with their families. Who ever is responsible obviously does not want the natives in their area. One can only speculate that it could be racially motivated since most who frequent that area are people of color and Hispanics.
To find those guilty, one must investigate the surrounding areas and evaluate who has the closest access and who would benefit from not having people going there to disrupt their area.
