Writer Says Carnival Officials Must Be Responsive

Dear Source,
I truly believe in what Mr. Donastorg is trying to accomplish. The carnival committee has had several chances to work with him and produce the documents. What's the big deal? I believe someone is hiding something probably money.
Why haven't they paid taxes? Is it because they have no one to answer to? That's crazy. Is the money that is given to the committee the committee's money? I thought the government gave money, than the records should be given, no questions asked. As a resident at one time and a person who loves the Virgin Islands, I would think that the people of the Virgins Islands would get tired of bull shit and change it or just you accept it and continue and let the same shit happen every day and complain to themselves later on.
