News Brief: Lt. Governor's Office Closed Friday for Staff Development

Dec. 13, 2004 – All Divisions of the Office of the Lieutenant Governor will be closed to the public on Friday, December 17, 2004, for staff development workshops. All Divisions include Banking and Insurance; Corporations and Trademarks; Tax Assessor; Cadastral; Recorder of Deeds; Medicare; Passports; and the Administrative Offices. The offices will reopen for regular business on Monday, December 20, 2004.
This staff development training is part of an ongoing commitment by Lieutenant Governor Vargrave Richards to improve customer relations and efficiency in the Office of the Lieutenant Governor.
The Lieutenant Governor regrets any inconvenience caused and wishes everyone a Happy Holiday Season.
