Dec. 10, 2004 – Ray Al Powell, 44, of Cruz Bay died Thursday at his home. A viewing and funeral service are scheduled starting at 9 a..m. Thursday at the Bethany Moravian Church.
Powell, known to his friends as "Bloat" or "Fred" is survived by his wife, Christina Barbich-Powell; brothers, Vernell, Alphonse Jr. and Johnny Powell; sisters, Julia Powell Gregorie and Vera Powell-Payne; special aunts, Helen Black and Ophelia Torres and friends, Steve Black, Melvin Chinnery, Steven Pickford, Adam Ellis, Tucker Miller and Marty.
Powell will be buried in the Cruz Bay cemetery.
Arrangements have been made by Davis Funeral Home.
