Dec. 7, 2004 – The public is invited to participate in We From UpStreet, Inc. (WeFUS) annual lighting of Roosevelt Park on Monday, December 13th 2004 at 7:00 p.m.
Each year, members of WeFUS Roosevelt Park Committee beautify Roosevelt Park by cleaning the park and installing Christmas lights on all the trees throughout the park. We From Upstreet (WeFUS) host an evening of entertainment for the public.
This year, Milo’s Kings highlight the evening playing wonderful traditional and cultural Christmas songs. The Voices of Love and Party Hardies Carolers will also be featured.
We ask that you come out and take part in this festive event. This is an opportunity to meet old friends and neighbors, and join us in celebrating Christmas. We welcome other choirs, school bands or any other entertainers who would like to participate.
