News Brief: WAPA Testing Waterfront Water Line

Dec. 7, 2004 – The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority will be testing its 24-inch water line on the Waterfront for leaks, Dec. 7, from 9 p.m. through midnight, according to a press release.
If WAPA finds leaks, it expects to begin making repairs Wednesday, Dec. 8, at 8 a.m. WAPA expects to complete repairs, if they are needed, by midnight Wednesday.
During the testing and repair period, customers at higher elevations may experience low pressure, according to the release.
