Services Tuesday for Adelaide Powell Matthew

Nov. 28, 2004 – Adelaide Powell Matthew, age 93, of Grove Place, died on Tuesday, Nov. 23 at her residence.
She is survived by her daughter, Agneta B, Williams; grandchildren,
Maralyn G. Stanley, Chakme Christian, Patricia and Charles Williams, Abraham Brotherson, Null and Karlis Jones; great-grandchildren, Krystal Ferris, Stephany, Kyla, Kalian, Kianna and Kiandra Stanley, Quanie, Quasheem, Qualead Christian and Innocence Richards; nephews, Winston Powell and Family, Stanlel Powell, Clarence Giles and family, Antonio Messer and family, Kenny Gitten and Dwayne Thomas; nieces, Mavis Vanterpool, Edith Powell, Ediss P. Clarise Winifred, Ruth and Patsy Powell, Sylvia Norworthy, Mark, Bartley, Marilyn Christian, Coreen Messer, Gena Ferris, Doris, Terry Vanterpool Williams, Thelma Martin and Ineca Powell; cousins, Stanley Family, Joseph Clarke, Lydia Graham, Selena Williams, Ione Brown, Santrick Powell, Rosylyn Hall and Family, Eudena Lang and Family and Edgar Lies; son-in-law, Charles Williams Sr.; grandson-in-law, Kirtley Stanley; special family members, Charles and Donna Brow and Family, John and Gloria Bell Melissa Biookes and family, Sonya Joseph and family, Avilda Augustine and Family, Pimela, Avis, Florence, Jacinth, Quinton, Hubert "Butch" Stanley, Jennifer Stanley and Family, Horacio and Cynthia Arnold, Enrique Herbert; special friends, Mrs. Huggins, Mrs. Schrader and family, Maggie Mclnlosh, Antoinette Petrus, Pastor and Mrs. David, Deloris Miller, Arnold and Perclyn Richardson, Carla Benjamin and Family and Leola Carroll; god-children, Vera Williams, Etla Williams, Earnest Lynch, Bennett Smith, Wilfred Smith, Luis Smith, and Edna Smith; other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
Funeral Services Will Take place at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 30 at Friedensfeld Moravian
Church, Midland, with the viewing beginning at 9 a.m. Burial will take place at Friedensfeld Moravian Church Yard.
Professional arrangements are entrusted to James Memorial Funeral Home.
