Governor's Appointees to Medical, Optemetrical Boards

Nov. 19, 2004 – Gov. Charles W. Turnbull has appointed five Virgin Islands residents to serve on the Board of Medical Examiners and the Virgin Islands Board of Optemetrical Examiners.
The governor appointed Drs. Joseph De James Maldonado and Michelle N. Dizon to serve on the Board of Medical Examiners. Dr. Dizon replaces Dr. Angelo K. Galiber who has resigned. Their term of appointment is four years.
The chief executive also re-appointed Drs. Craig R. Friedenberg, Peter Miles Kumpitch and Lisa E. Adams to serve on the Virgin Islands Board of Optometrical Examiners. They will each serve a term of four years.
Governor Turnbull expressed his appreciation for their willingness to serve the people of the Virgin Islands.
