The Association for Concerned Native Virgin Islanders invites the public to a presentation by Delegate Donna M. Christensen beginning at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 23 at the American Legion Hall.
The organization will have a general meeting for members only beginning at 5:30 p.m.
