Nov. 12, 2004 – A portion of the Agnes Fancy Road between Route 379 and Route 35 is closed until further notice, Public Works Commissioner Wayne Callwood announced in a release.
The road affected is directly across from Pilgrims Terrace traveling down into Savan or Garden Street. This action is necessary for the department to remove and replaced a collapsed culvert due to corrosion, Callwood said.
Motorists are warned to observe the barricades and not to remove them to attempt to bypass the construction site.
In the release, Callwood thanks the public for its cooperation and apologizes for any inconveniences this road closure may cause.
