Nov 12, 2004 – The St. Croix Chamber of Commerce will meet at noon on Nov. 17, Wednesday, at the Villa Morales Restaurant, Frederiksted.
Edward E. Thomas, West Indian Co. Ltd. president and chief executive officer, will be the guest speaker. Thomas is knowledgeable about the cruise ship industry's relationship to the Virgin Islands. (See St. Thomas Source story "More Cruise Ship Passengers, Spending More Money").
