Oct. 30, 2004 – The V.I. Department of Tourism is hosting a St. Thomas and St. John "Best Fruit Punch" contest. The purpose of this contest is to find the island's best fruit punch recipe. The winning recipes will compete against the winning submission from St. Croix. The overall winning recipe will be distributed at Tourism Welcome Booths throughout the territory.
The contest is open to St. Thomas and St. John residents who have a valid health card. Also, all applicants must submit a copy of their fruit punch recipe. Entry applications can be found at all Tourism Offices on St. Thomas and St. John. The contest will be held at the Tutu Park Mall on Saturday, Nov. 13.
