Election Reform Needed, System Dysfunctional

Dear Source,
I commend Mr. Jason Budsan for his efforts and wish him and his supporters the best. As a native Virgin Islander residing in the United States, I am encouraged when I see such efforts on the part of citizens of the territory to initiate change. Although it will not solve all of the problems the territory is facing, election reform (either numbered seats or sub-districts) is needed and will improve upon the existing dysfunctional system of electing local senators in the Virgin Islands.
Regards,
Marvin A. Titus, Ph.D.
Raleigh, NC
