Oct. 19, 2004 – The Department of Human Services Disabilities and Rehabilitation Services Division will be conducting the sign language course "Enhancing Communication with Deaf People" on St. Croix every Friday from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. between Nov.12 and Dec. 10.
