Oct. 12, 2004 – WTJX-TV Channel 12/DT 44 will rebroadcast highlights from the political candidates' forums hosted this week by the University of Virgin Islands St. Croix campus. The broadcasts are scheduled for 1 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 16, and again at noon, Sunday, Oct. 16.
The station will also host a live Delegate to Congress debate Monday, Oct. 18, starting at 9 p.m., in conjunction with the League of Women Voters. The final 15 minutes of the broadcast will be devoted to questions faxed by interested citizens. Questions should be sent to 774-7092 no later than Monday, Oct. 18, 6 p.m.
