St. Thomas Cruise-Ship Traffic Updated

Sept. 7, 2004 — The West Indian Co. Ltd. (WICO) has updated its cruise-ship arrival information, based on the effects of Hurricane Frances on Florida and the passage of Hurricane Ivan through the Caribbean.
The update is as follows, according to press materials:
Wednesday:
-Carnival Legend – In port as scheduled.
-Mariner of the Seas – Canceled.
Thursday:
-Explorer of the Seas — Canceled.
Saturday:
-Adventure of the Seas – In port as scheduled.
-Golden Princess – In port as scheduled.
WICO said that on Monday, Sept. 13, the Carnival Destiny, Adventure of the Seas and Golden Princess should arrive as scheduled. The rest of the week will be determined based on the position of Hurricane Ivan with regard to the homeports in southern and central Florida.
This information is tentative as the situation with Hurricane Ivan is extremely fluid. WICO will update as warranted.
