Aug. 17, 2004 – The bimonthly board meeting of the V.I. Resource Conservation and Development Council will take place Wednesday in the conference room of the U.S. Department of Agriculture Service Center in Gallows Bay.
The meeting is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and is open to the public.
