'We' on St. John Are Not All Millionaires

Dear Source,
Certainly 'we' are not all millionaires, and the price increase of taxes will force all 'us' locals off the island. The increase should be for when the property is sold; then increase the taxes.
For senior citizens this is a real burden with no chance for increase in income.
