Town Meeting with Police Officials Set for Monday

Aug. 4, 2004 – The Police Department is inviting St. John residents to a town meeting at 7 p.m. Monday at the Legislature Building in Cruz Bay.
Police Commissioner Elton Lewis said in a release issued on Wednesday that he hopes residents will come out to meet him and his staff – and provide input on ways to improve police services on St. John and throughout the territory.
Lewis said he looks forward to sharing his vision for the Police Department with St. John residents and to hearing their concerns.
Neither Lewis nor St. John Deputy Police Chief Angelo Hill could be reached for comment on Wednesday.
The release said those wanting to know more should call Lewis at 774-2310 or Hill at 693-8880.
