Notice is hereby given to all delinquent Real Property Taxpayers for taxable year 2002 that pursuant to provisions of Title 33, Section 2496 of the Virgin Islands Code, unless such delinquent taxes and public sewer user fees, together with the interest provided for by Section 2494 of this Title are paid within a period of 30 days from the first publication date of said notice, the property of taxpayer will be attached and sold in the manner provided in this sub-title.
