Family Resource Center Seeks Volunteers

June 7, 2004 – Volunteer orientation will be held at the Family Resource Center offices on Bunker Hill on Thursday, June 10, from 5:45 to 7:30 p.m.
According to a press release, individuals interested in volunteering are encouraged to attend. The release stated that the center is looking for people who are "Patient, responsible, reliable and flexible."
It continued, " Family Resource Center needs your volunteerism. There is a job to fit each volunteer. We believe that each individual has a unique quality to give 'something' of themselves. Areas of volunteering include: victim advocate, educational presentations, office assistance, crisis hotline, legal services, court monitoring, candle light vigil, committee work, shelter duty, transportation, cook, manual labor and fundraising."
Refreshments will be served. RSVP's are requested at 776-3966.
