Condolences toNancy Reagan

June 5, 2004 – In accordance with the directive of the President of the United States, Gov. Charles V. Turnbull has ordered the flags across the Territory to be half-staff in honor of former President Ronald Wilson Reagan, who died at his home in California on Saturday at the age of 93.
"The Territory joins the nation in mourning the passing of Ronald Reagan, 40th President of the United States of America, President Reagan made an indelible mark on American and world history during the 20th Century and it is fitting that the nation pauses to note his passing. On behalf of the people and Government of the United States Virgin Islands, I extend profound condolences to Mrs. Nancy Reagan and the rest of the Reagan Family," Governor Turnbull said.
