May 29, 2004 – Larry Kupfer, the president and chief operating officer of Hovensa, presented, May 27, a check to officials of the United Way of St. Croix, Inc., to match the amount of contributions that employees of Hovensa have already made or pledged to make to the United Way in 2004.
The presentation took place at 11:30 a.m., in the main auditorium in the Administration Building at the refinery.
