A night of "Shining Stars," complete with dinner, modeling, a hat show and dancing, will pay tribute to participating St. Croix Upward Bound students. The semi-formal gala will begin at 7 p.m. on Saturday, May 29, in the UVI cafetorium on St. Croix.
