May 21, 2004 – Eugene Rickie Washington Jr., also known as "Roman Soldier," age 38, died Tuesday, May 18, at his residence in Pennsylvania.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. May 25 at Lord God of Sabaoth Lutheran Church, with viewing preceding at 10 a.m. Interment will take place at Kingshill Cemetery.
He is survived by his mother, Veronica Blackwood; father, Eugene R. Washington Jr.; brother, Tyrone D. Lewis; daughters, Tinisha, Linnicia, Tamika, Ashley, Arianna, Susan and Deaonna Washington; sons, Eugene III, D'Shawn, Marcus, Domenick and the late Nelson Washington; nephew, Craig D. Lewis; aunts, Daphne Bough, Elvira Dandridge, Angela Isaac and Janet King; uncles, Chester Collins, Eric L. Bough and Teddy Blackwood; great aunts and great uncle; cousins; special friends, Sammy, Tanya Saul, Beverly Rivea, Dale Jackson, The Henneman, Petersen, Miller, King, Henderson, Schneider, James, Poulus and Jackson families; and other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
