'HOW MANY MORE OFFICERS DO WE NEED TO LOSE?'

Dear Source,
I now live in Florida and I am an ex-K-9 officer on St. Croix and knew Officer Cuthbert Chapman. I feel saddened by the loss of a great family man, police officer and friend.
I last visited the islands back in 2000 and was surprised and shocked by the conditions and the government. What will it take to get this police force to be equipped and treated right? I grew up on St. Croix and have seen the changes.
I also worked closely with Officer Wendell Williams, who is missing. Aw, come on! How many more officers/friends do we need to lose before action is taken? Come on, senators, earn your paycheck! Get the ball rolling!
