'SOMEONE KNOWS' WHO KILLED OFFICER CHAPMAN

Dear Source,
I was deeply saddened to learn of the passing of my friend, subordinate and fellow law-enforcement officer, Police Officer Cuthbert Chapman. My family and I wish to express our deepest condolences to his family, friends and fellow law-enforcement officers on the untimely passing of this fine public servant.
"Chappy," as I affectionately knew him, died while defending law and order, protecting life and property, a duty he freely and so eloquently defended.
To our community, I pray that his death not be in vain. Someone out there knows who committed this henious crime.
Rest in peace, "Chappy." Your friend always,
Angel L. Santos, retired deputy chief of police
District of St. Croix
