ROADRUNNERS WANT PARTICIPANTS IN CARNIVAL RUN

April 25, 2004 – The St. Thomas Association of Roadrunners invites the public to the 2004 UBS Carnival Mile on Saturday, May 1, 7:30 a.m. The race follows the parade route, starting at the Western Cemetery and finishing at Roosevelt Park.
Participants will receive a free carnival T-shirt. Awards will be presented to the top male and female and to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in six age categories.
Runners can register at The Caribbean Surf Company in Havensight Mall or Royal Dane Mall. Registration costs are adults $10, youth $5; and STAR members $8. Proceeds will benefit St. Thomas Rescue. Call 774-3354 or 775-6373 for more information.
