April 20, 2004 – The V.I. Lottery drawing that had been scheduled for this Thursday has been moved up to May 20, and from now on drawings will be monthly, Government House announced on Tuesday.
The lottery currently is "undergoing restructuring, and until this process is complete, drawings will be held once per month," a release stated.
