APRIL 21 MEETING SET ON CARNIVAL HORSE RACING

April 20, 2004 – A meeting for members of the Horse Racing Commission and the Horse Owners Association on St. Thomas will be held at 6 p.m. Wednesday at Clinton E. Phipps Race Track.
According to a Police Department release, safety and security concerns for the upcoming V.I. Carnival races will be discussed.
Members of the Emergency Services Task Force and officials of the Housing, Parks and Recreation Department will be present for the discussions, the release stated.
