April 7, 2004 — The Roy L. Schneider Hospital cafeteria invites the public to a buffet-style Easter brunch to be served from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday.
The Easter menu includes a roast beef and ham carving station, made-to-order omelets, breakfast bread basket, stewed chicken, fish in creole sauce, rice and peas, macaroni and cheese, potato stuffing, pasta salad, seasoned carrots, coleslaw, tossed green salad, fresh fruit salad, cucumber salad, rolls and assorted desserts.
The all-you-can-eat buffet is priced at $20 for those 8 and older and $10 for younger children.
