'RUINS RAMBLE' AT ESTATE CANE BAY

March 18, 2004 – Explore the grounds of the 18th-century Estate Cane Bay sugar plantation with local historian George Tyson on Sunday, March 21.
The "well preserved and extensive ruins" are located on St. Croix's scenic North Shore.
Interested persons are invited by sponsor St. Croix Landmarks Society to meet at 3:30 p.m. on Route 80 (North Shore Road), approximately 200 yards west of Cane Bay Beach, for the "Ruins Ramble."
The cost is $12, $8 for Landmarks Society members, and $6 for students. Refreshments will be served after the walk.
