March 14, 2004 – Pursuant to Title 18 Virgin Islands Code section 47(5), the Joint Boards of Elections has established the fee schedule for the Election System of the Virgin Islands. The fees cover all costs associated with photocopying and paper duplication, electronic reproductions, voter registration list, duplicate cover identification cards, use of election system's equipment and for special mailing services, according to a release. Copies of the fee schedule, which is labeled "draft," can be obtained from all offices of the Election System.

► Request for information/documents must be received in writing. You may come to the Office of the supervisor of Elections in person and fill out an Examination & Copy of Records Form. Forms can be faxed and completed.
► Normal processing time is five (5) business days after receipt of request
► No cash will be accepted.
► The payment must be paid with the request.
► Checks, money orders, or international money orders should be made payable to the Election System of the Virgin Islands.

Photocopying and Paper Duplication
Paper copies .25 per page. For request over 100 pages, a 30.00 service fee is charged per one hundred copies in addition to the price per page.
Electronic Reproductions
The Election System of the Virgin Islands is able to provide limited information in electronic form. All text information will be reproduced in Microsoft Word and all data in Microsoft Access or Microsoft Excel. All cost will be based on a per disk cost of $5.00.
Voter Registration List
Paper copies .25 per page. For request over 100 pages, a 30.00 service fee is charged per one hundred copies in addition to the price per page.
Electronic listing, commercial $300.00 — individual $100.00
Duplicate Voter Identification Card
A duplicate voter identification card is twenty-five dollars ($25.00)
