CITIZENS SPEAK OUT AGAINST POOR MAIL SERVICE

They [the postal service] also need to look into stolen mail. I mailed a package in December '03 to my sister-in-law. I paid for a confirmation receipt. She went looking for the package and was told it was not there when it fact it had arrive on the island. Now in January '04 the post office is saying the package was delivered, but that never did happen.
The mail service is terrible down there. Although San Juan processes the mail, then why not invest in a machine like San Juan?
