Jan. 31, 2004 – Carnival revelers heading to the 2004 V.I. Carnival Cultural Fair will be going to "Stanley's Candyland," named in honor of Stanley Leonard.
Leonard has earned this honor through decades of displaying his mastery of local candies, cakes and pastries, a release said.
New and returning participants to the fair can pick up applications at the V.I. Carnival Committee's office starting Feb. 2. All applications must be returned by Feb. 27.
