Jan. 19, 2004 – "Knowing Your Customer: The Key to Customer Satisfaction" is the topic of the Jan. 27 St. Thomas and the Jan. 30 St. Croix meetings of the Women's Network for Entrepreneurial Training Roundtable.
The presentation by Tom Pfeil of The Link Group LLLP, an international marketing research and consulting company, will explain how market research is directly tied to customer satisfaction, said a release from the New Image Foundation.
The roundtables will also honor the Entrepreneurs of the Month: Beverly and Karen Clarke of Discount Travel on St. Thomas, and Diane Butler, photographer and publisher, on St. Croix.
The roundtable will be from noon to 1:30 p.m. The St. Thomas meeting will be at the UVI-Small Business Development Center, Suite 720 Nisky Center. The St. Croix meeting will be at the UVI-Small Business Development Center in Sunshine Mall.
