SHARK ATTACK IS A CLOSE CALL IN A LIKELY LOCALE

I was raised on St. John, but I am currently residing in Pembroke Pines, Fla. After reading about the ordeal Mr. Borghi endured during his encounter with the Bull Shark, I must say this is a man with great courage. He was able to make a frightening experience into an educational experience.
His ability to share his knowledge will help make the people of the Virgin Islands more aware of the possible dangers one may come upon while entering our surrounding waters.
I am not at no means saying that appreciating our waters while swimming imposes an imminent threat. However, with events such as these, we should all be aware of the possible dangers certain species in the water may inflict on humans.
Let us all go forth and appreciate what has been given to us on Earth. However, let's do it with awareness.
