UVI to Hold Auditions for Fall Production of "Man Better Man"
The UVI Little Theatre, on the St. Thomas campus, will conduct open auditions for the fall production of "Man Better Man" from 7 to 8:30 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 8, and Tuesday, Sept. 9. Written by Dr. Errol Hill, considered the father of Caribbean theatre, the play requires male and female actors of all ages. Auditions will be held in the UVI Little Theater in the CA building. SBDC Sets "Benefits of Insurance" Seminar Sept. 12 on St. Croix
The UVI Small Business Development Center (SBDC) in collaboration with the Ambassador Financial Group Inc., will conduct an insurance seminar entitled "The Benefits of Having Insurance: Business, Life, Health and Disability" from 5:45 to 8 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 12, at the SBDC Training Center located in the Sunshine Mall lower level, St. Croix. Open House, Tour of UVI's Sheep Research Facility Scheduled Sept. 25
UVI's Animal Science Program will conduct an open house at the Agricultural Experiment Station on St. Croix from 4 to 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 25.
Included will be a tour of the sheep research facility, viewing of the hair sheep flock, reviews of current animal research and the results of student projects. Complimentary beverages and grilled lamb kabobs will be served.
