April 28, 2003 – Police Commissioner-designate Elton Lewis will be the guest speaker at a general meeting of the Democratic Party St. Croix District Committee on May 10 at the Mid-Land Restaurant.
Lewis will review Police Department initiatives undertaken since since his appointment and outline his plans.
"All registered Democrats are welcome," a release states. "This is a great chance to meet other Democrats who share their concerns about issues and the party."
