March 28 by 2 p.m. is the last chance to get the permit required by the V.I. Police Department for persons interested in selling food, beverages and other items during the 2003 Carnival activities.
Police permits will be issued at the Alexander A. Farrelly Justice Center on Thursday, March 27, and Friday, March 28 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. No permits will be issued after those dates.
Permits will be issued for the two parade days and J'ouvert only. No permits will be issued to mobile food vans for the purpose of vending along the parade route. The sale of beverages in bottles is strictly prohibited. The permit fee is $50 per day.
