Feb. 16, 2003 – The Water and Power Authority will have its potable water standpipes open on St. Croix and St. John from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Monday, which is Presidents Day, a federal and territorial holiday.
WAPA customer service offices will be closed territorywide for the holiday, as will the potable water standpipes on St. Thomas.
