Feb. 6, 2003 – A testing session for all amateur radio licenses will be held Saturday, Feb. 15, at VITEMA headquarters on St. Thomas.
Registration is from 8:30 to 9 a.m. only, with testing for registered applicants beginning prompty as 9 a.m.
