SBA AND SBDC'S BEST KEPT SECRETS TO BE TOPIC

Jan. 27, 2003 – The Small Business Development Center of the University of the Virgin Islands will conduct free small business seminars entitled "SBA & SBDC: Best Kept Secrets and Other Free Stuff" on both St. Thomas and St. John evenings the week of Jan. 27.
On St. John: The seminar will be presented from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 29, at the Legislature Conference Room in Cruz Bay. Pre-registration is required by Tuesday.
On St. Thomas: The seminar is set for 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 30, at the UVI-Small Business Development Center training facility, 2nd Floor, East Wing, Nisky Center. Pre-register by Wednesday.
Topics will include: What the SBA and the SBDC can do for business owners and potential business owners, why small businesses should use those services, why what small businesses don't know can cost a lot of money, how to become a supplier for the federal government, and more.
