HOW CAN A DEMOCRAT VOTE FOR A REPUBLICAN?

Dear Source,
To: The Board of Elections, U.S. Virgin Islands:
How does a Democrat vote for a Republican in the primary election?
Please detail the procedure and requirements for a registered Democrat or Independent to vote for a Republican candidate in the primary election.
Would you please have your newspaper answer this question and list the voter registration sites and dates coming up for each island? What identification will I need? And if I have changed my physical address since the last election, what do I need to prove my new physical address?
I know my ancestors (all lifelong Democrats) will forgive me for voting for a Republican … as it is the right thing to do for the Virgin Islands in this election. I want to vote for candidates that work for truth and I think we will have more support from Washington with a Republican administration in Government House.
I hope all eligible voters in the Virgin Islands will be correctly registered for this crucial election year and will sign the petition supporting the numbered seats initiative for the Legislature. It is our turn now to take responsibility as voters and change our future.
